Julia Ann Mercer drives down Elm street, her way is blocked by a green Ford pickup truck. A young man removes a long paper bag, she can see the outline of a rifle in the bag, and he walks with it to the top of the grassy knoll. She also sees the driver of the truck, whom she later identifies as Jack Ruby (before he shot Oswald).[1]
