From memory I think there is a system parameter that defaults to this page. Its in the messages database system too as I recall, so not so easily messed with. There are legal implications IOW. - The registration process links to the page through the system messages table so best not to delete it. Also, the nominated for deletion banner is off-putting for anyone in the middle of registering. I have therefore removed it. However, I do agrre it could be made more useful than it is at present. --Peter P (talk) 07
