William "Rip" Robertson led 17 heavily armed Cuban expatriates in the CIA backed "Congolese Operation" land in the Congo on November 22, 1964. A year to the day of the Kennedy Assassination. The umbrella is meant to "mock" the "Umbrella Man" widely referred to in Dallas in November 22, 1963.
