- It's purpose is clearly set out in the project documentation and does not endear it to the Establishment.
- It's running costs are modest but nonetheless real. They are also a bit higher than comparably scaled private web publishing undertakings because of the security, mirroring and back-up infrastructure needed to ensure that the site survives the attentions of those who would prefer it not to.
