Wiesbaden is the capital city of the German state of Hesse.

The The NATO Security Assistance and Training for Ukraine, founded in 2024, is a NATO command based at the Clay Barracks, the U.S. military base in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim.[1] The Clay Barracks were the central location for the secret US support for Ukraine in the war against Russia. A New York Times article in March 2025 revealed that the US had planned and directed military operations for attacks on Russian territory from there, and provided the target coordinates for these operations.[2]
According to Ole Dammegard, Wiesbaden is very important when it comes to NATO and Gladio operations.[3]
