Robert W. Hultslander was a CIA spook who was Chief of Station in London

Education

He graduated from Harvard College in 1958.[1]

Career

He spent four years in the U.S. Air Force before joining the Central Intelligence Agency in 1962. During his 36 year career with the CIA, Hultslander worked in Central and South America, Africa and Europe.

Hultslander was the last CIA station chief in Luanda, Angola from July 1975 through to the evacuation of U.S. personnel in early November 1975 as MPLA troops moved to take power over rival - CIA supported - factions in the Angolan civil war.[2]

He retired in 1994 and went on to work for Kroll Associates, as well as working part time as an independent contractor/instructor/mentor with the Operations Directorate of the CIA.
