On 10 September 2025, Charlie Kirk was shot in the neck while on stage for the TPUSA event: "The American Comeback Tour"; shortly before being asked: "Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?". Some people in the audience immediately celebrated the killing, as well as many later on social media.

Concerns

Kirk has been a staunch supporter of Israel, having defended even the genocide in Gaza, and most, at least a significant amount of money for his organisation is said to come from zionist Americans. However, his support was not unconditional and he was critical in some points, and getting more so in the two months before his death, leading to a: "sustained private campaign of intimidation and free-floating fury by wealthy and powerful allies of Netanyahu". He took "massive, massive abuse from his donors" when he spoke out against war with Iran in front of the president, according to Tucker Carlson.

After watching recent clips of Charlie Kirk, the founder and president of the largest conservative youth organization in the US, I’ve seen him suggest there was a military stand-down order on October 7th, accused Israel of ethnically cleansing Gaza, claimed he doesn’t have the freedom to criticise Israel, and he invited Dave Smith, a well-known anti-Zionist, to speak at the country’s biggest conservative youth event.

If Israel is worried about the rise of anti-Zionism among young conservatives (which is happening) — then the 31 yr old founder and president of the country’s largest conservative youth movement is exactly the kind of figure Israel fears when he begins to stray from the script.

Kirk went from unwaveringly supporting Israel to suggesting it allowed October 7th to happen, accusing it of ethnic cleansing in Gaza, and inviting one of the most prominent anti-Zionist voices to speak at TPUSA’s flagship event. If he’s willing to go this far in a matter of a single year, who’s to say where he’ll be in three, five, or ten years and what kind of impact that political evolution could have on an entire generation of conservative Americans? Considering he’s in charge of the largest conservative youth organization in the entire country.

As the head of the largest conservative youth organisation in the country, Kirk was consistent for years on issues like progressive gender/race politics and illegal immigration. But recently, he began taking positions on Israel that could, if they continued to develop and influence young conservatives through his behemoth organisation, shape how the next generation of Americans perceives Israel.

There are certainly extremely powerful Israeli billionaires, military strategists, and lobbyists who see it as the upmost importance to prevent something like that from happening.

This opinion is shared by commentators on the right political spectrum.

On 13 August 2025, a month before Charlie Kirk's assassination on the grounds of the Utah Valley University, Harrison Smith of Infowars sent a tweet that relayed: "Charlie thinks Israel will kill him if he turns against them".

On 6 October 2025, Candace Owens shared a screenshot of a group chat where Kirk explicitly said he was "leaving the pro-Israel cause" just 48 hours before he was assassinated. Although the FBI has arrested Tyler Robinson as the prime suspect, Owens insists the US government is covering up key evidence, including details about the missing bullet and autopsy reports.

Fuckery abound

• Google searches for the name of the shooter, the building he was firing from and the weapon used from Washington D.C. metro area shortly before the event, along with other seemingly unlikely searches;
• a book was published on Amazon about the shooting which shows the publishing date September 9th, which could be a system error or the author having used a "placeholder" a day earlier, according to Grok
• people standing close to Kirk at the time of the shooting were observed to give "baseball signs"
• the bullet is said to have stopped in his body (neck) and did not directly punch through, an explanation seriously doubted by Dallas Alexander, a military sniper interviewed by Alex Jones; (this could however be more likely if the bullet was degraded or had manufacturing issues)
• the assassination weapons might not have been a rifle, but an explosive microphone, similar to the 2024 Lebanon pager explosions.
• the first suspect that was arrested, George Zinn, also appeared in a 9/11 memorial video for which he was interviewed and where he remembered the 9-11 attacks in New York, he also made a bomb threat against the Salt Lake City Marathon shortly after the Boston Marathon bombing, later admitting he acted up to give the shooter time to escape
• Benjamin Netanyahu was reportedly the first world leader to comment on his death, some 20 minutes after the fact and before any news reporting in the US, Netanyahu on September 11th denying that Israel was behind Kirk’s assassination
• the FBI announced the suspect in custody twice, Kash Patel later telling in a press conference that it took them 33 hours to get the final suspect, and wishing Kirk well by saying: "Rest now, brother. We have the watch, and I’ll see you in Valhalla"; a comment which is totally out of place, but which could indicate there is interest in getting the left agitated against the right political spectrum
• some people in certain online groups seemed to have foreknowledge of the event, and the alleged shooter Tyler Robinson, admitted in a group on Discord that he had done it
  • the transsexual partner of Robinson had seven years of social media history, but stopped posting about five months before the event
• The body unusually quickly released from the coronial morgue for burial, making the case different from all the usual processes for certifying a criminally-caused death. Also unclear if there even is a final coroner's report.

Other concerns

There are videos illustrating how such a shooting could be faked using common stage props, and the unconvincing behaviour of his grieving widow .
