People
- Richard Dale Drain. Following his role as chief of operations of the failed April 1961 Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba, Richard D. Drain became the CIA's Nairobi station chief.[1]
- Joel D. Ticknor was the CIA's Nairobi station chief as of October 1980.[2]
- William Mosebey was the CIA's Nairobi station chief circa December 1985 and 1986. His deputy at the time was Dave Lameroux.[1]
