The leader of CIA's activities in Nigeria. Until around 1991 it was based under diplomatic cover at the US embassy in the then capital Lagos. Since then, it has been moved to the new capital Abuja, and Lagos relegated to a base. There are also bases in other Nigerian cities, such as Kaduna in Northern Nigeria.
