This is a general purpose bot for upgrades to the data, especially so that it is in a format predictable enough to work well with SMW.
Feel free to edit the below lists of repetitive tasks that could be best achieved through a bot:

TO DO

This is for fairly well defined tasks:

1. Document Namespace
   1. fixing doctype
   2. Removing formatting from the docprov parameters which are supposed to be page links:
      1. authors
      2. source*
      3. subjects
   3. Adding Subjects (Most easily done by whoever originally submitted the articles)
   4. Fixing dates
   5. Replacing "|source" with "|SourceURL, |SourceName, |SourceDetails"
2. File Namespace
   1. Upgraded DocProv to create a doctype of "file" where it is unspecified
   2. fixing doctype
   3. Removing formatting from the docprov parameters which are supposed to be page links:

   1. To build pages (e.g. the coverpage)
   2. To circumvent limitations in existing extensions
