Perpetrator ofRFK/Assassination
Suspected assassin of RFK.

Thane Eugene Cesar was an armed security guard believed by some commentators (including Mark Gorton) to have been the real shooter in the RFK assassination.[1]

Career

Cesar was hired as a part-time security guard just a few months before getting called up at the last minute to personally escort Kennedy.Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag RFK removed Cesar's clip on tie as he fell. This was removed from the image of RFK on the ground when it was used as the cover image for the June 24 1968 cover of Life magazine.[2]
