This template makes the main panel for the Main Page.
Individual tabs are rendered by Template:Main-panel-tabstrip-with-icon/tab.
It has one parameter, the number of items per tabstrip (which defaults to 15)
It is a tabstripped version of Template:Main-panel-with-icon.
