Does "Partial News blackout" make sense (News blackout/Partial)? For events that are only covered by certain outlets (Hunter Bidens Laptop in the New York Post), or things that are covered when the reporting has no impact anymore - and when reporting is done - but is strongly under-reported given the significance (like 9-11/Insider trading ?) ? -- Sunvalley (talk) 19:18, 14 November 2022 (UTC)
