The entry should be renamed Michael B. Green, to differentiate him from Michael J. Green of CFR,Aspen Institute etc. - and plain Michael Green should be redirected to Michael J. Green, as he is far more likely to show up in lists. Terje (talk)

One of the previous standards in such cases was to make a disambiguation page to alert people to the name overlap, but as long as there are not more that two people, this is probably not needed; I've just added disambiguation sentences at the top of each article, and that should be good enough. I take your point about lists, so with Michael J. Green's documents properly attributed, a redirect should be OK. -- Robin (talk) 17:01, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
