Dr T.J. Coles is a researcher at Plymouth University's Cognition Institute, working on issues relating to blindness and visual impairment, an associate researcher at the Organisation for Propaganda Studies and founded the Plymouth Institute for Peace Research (PIPR), "a centre for interdisciplinary research groups and grassroots activists dedicated to peace and justice".[1] He is the author of several books and is publishing at Counterpunch.[2]
