Susan Kramer, Baroness Kramer (born 21 July 1950) is a British Liberal Democrat politician who was Member of Parliament (MP) for Richmond Park from 2005 to 2010, when she was defeated by Tory Zac Goldsmith.

As a Jewish politician, Susan Kramer succeeded Jenny Tonge MP (1997-2005) who had been accused of antisemitism and suspended by the Lib Dems. Having lost their seat, both Tonge and Kramer were subsequently elevated to the House of Lords.

Prior to 2005, Susan Kramer had a career in infrastructure and finance, and was a candidate in the 2000 London mayoral election.
