Deep state importance

The Stellenbosch University was a key institution in the deep state Broederbond, which captured the state during the Apartheid era. The 1984 meeting of the important intelligence network Le Cerle was held in Stellenbosch.

The billionaire network nicknamed the Stellenbosch Mafia had its core in people and companies headquartered there.
