Official narrative
The killer, Seifiddine Rezgui Yacoubi, also known as Abu Yahya al-Qayrawani,[1] He had a girlfriend, drank alcohol and was a local break-dancing star. The commercially-controlled media has reported that he was high on cocaine during his attack.[2]
