Roy McGrath was a Greek-born American politician and fugitive wanted by the FBI for failing to appear for his federal trial on allegations of wire fraud, theft in programs receiving federal funds, and falsification of records.[1]
He was chief of staff to Governor Larry Hogan from June to August 2020. He was killed after a standoff with FBI agents.[2]
