A professor who denies that MKUltra was carried out on children.

Importance

The work of Michael Barkun appears to be the standard reference in the 'established' Wikipedia community when it comes to the topic of Project MKUltra and the supposition, that no abuse of children has happened. In other words, he is cited to prove that children were not abused. In a current discussion the German Wikipedia community instantly refers to him as well, with emphasis on his findings described in his book: 'A Culture of Conspiracy: Apocalyptic Visions in Contemporary America' - page 77 and 78.
