Mark Howell is a member of Vauxhall CLP who joined the Labour Party in 1969.[1]

In June 2020, Mark Howell took legal action against General Secretary of the Labour Party David Evans and former General Secretary Iain McNicol in a personal capacity for “breach of contract”, and is demanding that those named in the leaked report ("The work of the Labour Party’s Governance and Legal Unit in relation to antisemitism, 2014-2019") be expelled from the party.[2]

The legal action is being funded by Crowd Justice.[3]
