Dutch economist specializing in raw materials and commodities. Visitor to the 1972 Bilderberg

Dr. Maria Johanna 't Hooft-Welvaars taught economics at the Free University of Amsterdam and was a consultant to the World Bank[1], where she participated in a study of the world rubber industry. She also seems to have raw materials and primary commodities as an area of expertise.[2]
