Dr. Alfred Akwasi "Kwasi" Addo Kwarteng is a UK politician. According to an anonymous 2018 edit to Wikipedia, he became Chair of Le Cercle in 2017. Since Le Cercle is an international deep state milieu chaired in Europe in recent years by Brits, this raises the strong possibility that he is a UK deep state operative. He has held a number of senior ministerial positions.

Kwarteng was dismissed as Chancellor by Liz Truss on 14 October 2022 after 38 days, making him the second-shortest-serving post-war Chancellor.

2022 mini-budget

On 23 September 2022, commenting on Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng's mini-budget, Lord Sikka said:

"This mini-budget will only increase inequality and poverty. The biggest winners are corporations and the rich. As a result, the government’s borrowing will surge from £72.4bn, to £234.1bn, but won’t provide details of the impact on current and future generations.

"The Chancellor hopes that the handouts to the rich will generate economic growth of about 2.5%, which was the norm before the Tories came to power in 2010. He is relying on about 30%-40% of the rich to generate this growth. Buying artworks, second homes and yachts and speculating on shares generates little economic activity. Nearly half of the population receives little of the economic gain and can’t help to stimulate the economy.

"This divisive mini-budget will exacerbate inequalities and poverty and increase social tensions."

£3 million from Odey

On 11 October 2022, s'dali tweeted:

"According to last month's Private Eye @KwasiKwarteng has been working for Odey's hedge fund on the side as a paid 'political advisor' at £20k a month since he was elected as an MP in 2010."

Which means that in the 150-month period from May 2010 to November 2022, Kwasi Kwarteng will have received £3 million from Odey Asset Management in addition to his MP's and ministerial salary.
