Dr. Kwasi Kwarteng is a UK politician. According to an anonymous 2018 edit to Wikipedia, he became Chair of Le Cercle in 2017.[1] Since Le Cercle is an international deep state milieu chaired in Europe in recent years by Brits. This raises the possibility that he is a UK deep state operative.
