Origins
ICTS International was founded by Shin Bet operatives including Ezra Harel.[1][2]
Subgroups
Huntsleigh USA may have been a wholly owned subsidiary on 9/11.
Activities
ICTS was in charge of security of the airports involved in 9/11.[3][4]
ICTS was in charge of security at Schipol airport when Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab (the "underwear bomber") was allowed to board the plane, without, according to Kurt Haskell, having a passport.[5]
ICTS was also responsible for the security of Brussels airport, where the 2016 mass shooting occurred.
