Harry Hart's father David Hart served as an adviser to Margaret Thatcher in the 1980s.[2]

Borley Investments

Harry Hart became a director of Borley Investments Ltd on 29 March 2012, after Jack Agazarian (possibly his half brother), also a member of the Institute for Statecraft, resigned that day (the same day the company was set up).[5]

Melford Capital

"Harry founded Melford Capital Ltd in 2002, since when he has focused primarily on investment and development opportunities in the Central London real estate market. Harry also serves as a Church Commissioner, the body responsible for the management of the Church of England's £5.3bn investment portfolio largely held in property and shares derived from their historic resources.

"Between 2006 and 2008 Harry was also a non-executive director of BKLF Ltd, a substantial UK leisure real estate fund. In 1996 Harry co-founded Gilbran Group Ltd, a specialist investor & developer of automotive property, which he sold to management in 2002. Between 1991 to 1997 he was a Director of Arcadia Land plc a property company, which he co-founded and which focused on high-yield opportunities in the 90's recession. Between 1989-1990 he was an investment agent, first at Brian Cooper & Co, then Hart Lockhart Smith."[6]
