Lawyer, politician, Bilderberger panellist, Dutch Foreign Minister for 10 years. Dutch Minister of State. "Valuable member named by EU-officials". Rejected Secretary General role for NATO.
Hans van den Broek is a Dutch politician. He was named "to have more chance" by diplomats when the US vetoed Ruud Lubbers his election as Secretary General of NATO. The Dutch did not nominate him - even after pressure by European countries and Deep Politician Frits Bolkestein - as he was a valuable member in the European Commission.
Van den Broek was a moderator on Should The European Union Integrate Further, And Why? at the 1995 Bilderberg, and a panelist on the discussion of What Is NATO Supposed To Do?
