File synopsis

While recognizing some of the violations committed by Oxford University, the OIA's draft decision on Kevin Galalae's complaint against Oxford deliberately avoids even mentioning let alone investigating Oxford's complicity in SAC. This allows the OIA to issue a 'Partly Justified' verdict which sanctions Oxford for minor procedural violations but exonerates it from serious human rights, data protection, education law and ethical violations, in order to comply with SAC.
