Everybody Hates Charlie was (is?) a website with a focus on the Cumberland Gap Tunnel and it's suspected connection to deep underground engineering projects.

It was apparently hacked and/or taken over [1] sometime after it was mentioned on this website (wikispooks.com) on 26th April 2022.[2]
