Ernst Günter Focke was a secretary at the first Bilderberg.
He was leader of the Bonn office of the German Council on Foreign Relations from 1956 to his death in 1961.[1]
He was General-Secretary of the German council of the European Movement from February 1952[2] (or possibly 1959[3]) to April 1961; and also General-Secretary of the Europa-Union[4] movement.
He was married to later [[SPD]-politician Katharina Focke[5] (daughter of Ernst Friedländer), from 1954 until his death in 1961.
