A dentist, also known as a dental surgeon, is a medical professional who specializes in dentistry, the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases and conditions of the mouth.
While not being the world's most exciting job, it does normally pay well, and is a reliable, conservative career choice for people aiming for an upper middle class lifestyle. Dentists mentioned in Wikispooks would tend to be outliers.
