The 2019–20 Wuhan coronavirus outbreak began in December 2019, in the city of Wuhan, which houses the only Chinese biosafety level 4 facility. As of 19 February 2020, only Mainland China was listed as an area with known ongoing community spread of the disease.[1]

Official Narrative

In early January reports emerged that linked the origin of the virus to the local sea food market, which also sells meat from wild animals (bushmeat).[2] At first the consumption of meat from snakes,[3] then later from bats was alleged to be the cause of the outbreak. While reporting in the commercially-controlled media on the cause of the virus spread through consumption of wild meat was based on an assumption, the tone and intensity of the reporting could make believe that it is already accepted fact.[4][5][6][7][8]

Criticism

The timing, location and "focus group", the group of people on which the virus has the most impact, the Asian male,[9] has let to speculation that this virus outbreak is a Biological weapon that was designed to target a specific ethnicity.[10][11] By that explanation the occurrence of the outbreak was further timed in sync with the Chinese new year and it's spring festival travel season, the Chunyun,[12] a time of intense travel activity in China and placed in Wuhan, a major central hub for train travel.[13] The general believed incubation period with 2-14 days (mean incubation reported to be between 3 and 6,4 days), with later reports putting single outlier cases up to 27 days,[14][15] is rather long and in the beginning often only with symptoms of a mild flu which let to the believe at first, that the virus is harmless and thus facilitated with some cases a further spread. When indeed the use of such a weapon has taken place, it would be possible for the adversary to utilise it again covertly if he wishes to prolong the lockdown period in China.

Skepticism with greater context

Mandatory vaccination is heavy on the agenda.

In the USA, several states play the HIPAA game claiming patient confidentiality, yet their own HIPAA state laws won't cover anything infectious to the community.[16] [citation needed]

The economic impact may be the catalyst for a controlled collapse of the West. Shipping from China has been slashed over 50% while financial institutions release "soft disclosures" in the mainstream media. For those few who can see, many take this as a nod to prepare against the ushering in of key demographic population reduction (pensioners/disabled), while shaping up to be an economic reset that may dwarf The Great Depression. Either, "this is it", or they're laying the precedent for a "Fourth Turning", and thereafter will be "this is it" - regardless, prepare prepare prepare.[16][citation needed]

The virus "appeared" right before the Lunar New Year extended vacation; almost as though it was planned for peak spread globally. 5 million left Wuhan - and a lot of other cities left as well. China's population is still somewhat agrarian, and go back to their villages during this time. People throughout China, caught on video, were beating anyone who had a Wuhan accent - in fear they may be infectious.[16][citation needed]

It's not just this virus, all of a sudden, within the same time frame several other very bad viruses have shown up across the world; H5N1, H5N6, H1N1, and more. Then locust plagues devouring Africa have now spread to China and Russia. With Australian fires, American flooding, and more, we're suddenly facing food shortages,[16][citation needed] the stock-markets may panic, and the world may catch a recession.[17]

Worth noting are the official "disclosures" and/or "soft intros" to disclosing that "we're screwed", that will eventually reach the mainstream media a month later. MarketWatch is owned by Dow Jones, which also owns the Wall Street Journal and all of these mainstream media outlets are running little doom dissemination articles. Regular folks are now starting to see beyond the masks, as consumer culture begins to give way as layoffs are announced. The Baltic Dry Index, the price of gold, and the dollar all indicate that people are seeking shelter. The outline emerging is like a perfect-storm black swan event - permitted to form. They could stop it. Yet their antiquated 1980's quarantines ignore modern technology. They're letting their perfectly engineered storm out.[16][citation needed]

Tangentially, it's worth noting that the markets have been utterly artificial since the 2008 Recession with the invention of the Presidential Plunge Protection Team (PPT).[citation needed] Also notable are the Trillion$ unaccounted for uncovered by Catherine Austin Fitts of The Solari Report, among many others.[citation needed] The American government is more outwardly corrupt than ever, including the election circus, and faith in the entire system is near breaking.[citation needed]

There's no shortage of mainstream articles warning that the virus is impacting the markets,[18] letting us know a little more each day, as a few more people prepare each day. Those who won't be prepared will be the unfortunate "disposable" folks not really necessary for a viable consumerist capitalist society that serves the ruling class.[citation needed]

With 1.5+ billion, including many "useless eaters", China may be cleaning house. Meanwhile right now they're responsible for about 25 to 30 percent of the global economy, including 95% of antibiotics and other medical products. While India is responsible for the other major portion, they rely on base components from China - a supply that has stopped. Every day this lockdown continues while the numbers are suppressed, we get closer to when diabetics won't have insulin, and countless other chronic medically dependent people won't have their medicine or functioning machines (maintenance and parts).[16][citation needed]

Looking into the void

Worth noting is what gets scrubbed from the Internet. A professor Charles Leiber seemed to be one of the perpetrators in this virus outbreak, and up until his recent arrest, the man's presence on the web was apparently being erased - in real time in some cases. He was caught selling bio-virus secrets to the Chinese.[16][citation needed]

Signs and symptoms

Those infected can show no symptoms, or have among other things: fever, cough or shortness of breath. Video footage out of China suggests that sometimes people loose consciousness or get weak in an instant and fall down.[19][20][21][22][23][24][25]

Characteristics

1) Highly contagious, with an R0 of around 3 or higher; varying by estimate.[26][27]

2) A novel virus, so there's no immunity via previous exposure.

3) Probability that those carrying the pathogen can infect others while staying asymptomatic, i.e. having no symptoms for a prolonged period of time, 14 to 24 days. (if that is possible is currently an ongoing discussion as cases are still being evaluated)[28][29][30]

4) Some carriers never become ill and so they have no idea they are infecting others. (relative new information - mid February 2020)[31]

5) The virus is extremely lethal to vulnerable sub-populations but not so lethal to the entire populace that it kills its hosts before they can transmit the virus to others.[32]

6) The virus can be spread by multiple pathways, including aerosols (droplets from sneezing/coughing), brief contact (with hotel desk clerks, taxi drivers, etc.) and contact with surfaces (credit cards, faucets, door handles, etc.). Ideally, the virus remains active on surfaces for prolonged periods, i.e. 7+ days.[33]

7) Those infected who recover may catch the virus again, as acquired immunity is not 100%.[34]

8) The symptoms of the illness are essentially identical with less contagious and lethal flu types, so people who catch the virus may not know they have the novel pathogen.[35]

Unsettling beyond the Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), is the emerging aspect that the virus is similar to Dengue fever in that the second round is deadlier due to Antigen Dependent Enhancements (ADE). There's also concern about nanotech developments in conjunction 5G communications radiation. They've been working on a kill machine without escape for a while (ie. Cynthia).[16][36][citation needed]

Chinese reaction

The Chinese military, on its website eng.chinamil.com.cn, has republished a report from China Daily, saying the "fight against the epidemic is no less than a war".[37] Those who die in the line of duty will be honored as martyrs and their families will receive support by the government.[38] An opinion peace from Global Times remarked that "decoupling between the industries of the both countries" is now, while it generally has been discussed for a while,[39] a possibility and wanted from China hawks in the Trump administration.[40] When necessary, the Chinese government employs heavy handed measures and detains people forcefully if they refuse to cooperate and be isolated in case they are suspected of being infected.[citation needed]

The Committee on the Present Danger: China

Brian T. Kennedy, chairman of the US deep state neoconservative think tank The Committee on the Present Danger: China, has tweeted and re-tweeted[41][42][43] a large number of Tweets,[44][45] some from corporate media with connections to the Committee, claiming the virus originates from a Chinese biological weapons program. This indicates that there exists a coordinated covert US propaganda effort to point the finger at the Chinese.
