A doctor and autism researcher who testified that vaccines could not produce autism in children, only to later reverse his testimony in September 2018.

Dr Andrew W. Zimmerman is a US researcher into autism. His testimony was used by DOJ lawyers for the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to suggest that there was evidence that vaccines could cause autism. However, he signed an affidavit in September 2018 that he believed autism could be caused by in a small subset of children, and that after he had stated as much to the USDOJ in 2007, he was fired.[1]
