The Federal Emergency Management Agency had scheduled Operation TRIPOD for September 12th, 2001, as admitted by Rudy Giuliani in testimony to the 9-11/Commission: "The equipment was already there, so we were able to establish a command center there, within three days, that was two and a half to three times bigger than the command center that we had lost at 7 World Trade Center"[1]
National Reconnaissance Office
The National Reconnaissance Office had an exercise scheduled for 9 a.m. September 11, 2001 involving a corporate jet crashing into one of the four towers of the NRO Headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia. It was not made public until almost a year later.[2][3]
Media
Many movies were made with plots that closely mirrored the events of that day - contradicting the claim that the events were unforeseeable. None is known to have been investigated.[4]
Nosebleed
Nosebleed was a movie written almost 2 years before the attacks, about a window cleaner who uncovers a terrorist plot to blow up the World Trade Center. Jackie Chan was due to start filming it at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. The script included the quote: "It represents capitalism. It represents freedom. It represents everything America is about. And to bring those two buildings down would bring America to its knees."[5][6][4]
