Members include John Bell,[2] who attended the 2013 Bilderberg. Kate Bingham was appointed chair of the group on 16 May 2020 but stepped down after "criticism when it was reported that Ms Bingham, a former venture capitalist and the wife of Jesse Norman, a Tory minister, had used the services of eight consultants to advise her on media strategy."[3]
