Synarchism is term meaning "joint rule" or "harmonious rule."

Official narrative

Wikipedia reports, as of 2016, that "Beyond this general definition, both synarchism and synarchy have been used to denote different political processes in various contexts. Increasingly, the terms have been used to denote rule by a secret elite."[1]
