Philip Matthews is a former director of the Institute for Statecraft. He resigned in May 2019.[1]
Activities
Matthews co-founded the now defunct Astutus Intelligence with Martin Lewis Dubbey (also of the Institute for Statecraft) and Cary Haskel Zitcer.[2]
