Margaret L. Carlisle or Margo Carlisle was a member of Le Cercle and legislative aide to Iran-contra insider, Senator James McClure.

Deep political connections
Margaret Carlisle visisted Le Cercle meetings in at least 1982 and 1984. She also attended the 1980 Buenos Aires meeting of the CIA's Confederación Anticomunista Latina (CAL).[1]
She died in 2006.[2]
