Viktor Felixovich Vekselberg is a Ukrainian-born Russian–Israeli-Cypriot billionaire and businessman.
He made his fortune during the looting of the former Soviet economy during the 1990s, especially the aluminum industry.[1]
He is a regular at World economic Forum annual meetings.
