David John Rowland is a British property developer, banker and financier.
According to The Sunday Times Rich List in 2019, David Rowland is worth £612 million. He is nicknamed 'Spotty'.[2]
Banque Havilland
The Rowland family is an investment adviser to Prince Andrew, Duke of York.[3]
- Top Tory Party donor David Rowland's "private bank" stripped of banking licence and now the bank has been sold off after 15 years of financial sector regulator battles seeking to avoid 'detection' for its crime-ridden schemes.[4]
- It is rumoured that David Rowland and his son Jonathan, who supposedly paid off some of the Duchess of York’s debts, were on some of these official trips, including to the World Economic Forum on the Middle East in Sharm el Sheikh in 2008.[5]
